Booking:

To book studio time, the client agrees to make payment based on the current rate. 

Once the booking and payment are approved, a confirmation email will be sent to the client.

Cancellation:

Bookings are non-refundable, but clients have the option to reschedule them to any other available day within one month from the original booking, provided a notice of 4 days  in advance is given.

Rescheduling less than 72 hours will attract 20,000 additional costs.

Arrival:

Clients are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled booking. If a client arrives late for a session, they will bear full responsibility for the wasted time, as the session begins promptly at the scheduled booking time, whether or not the client is present. Timeliness is crucial and cannot be extended. As we want to ensure a seamless experience for all our customers, we kindly remind you that we are very strict on timing. Considering the unpredictable traffic in Lagos, we request that you plan your journey accordingly and leave on time.

If the studio needs to cancel a session due to circumstances beyond their control, they will reschedule it at the earliest available time that suits the client's needs. Once a studio session/rental is booked, the requested time is exclusively reserved for the client and cannot be rented out to others. If the client chooses to conclude the session early, they will still be required to make payment for the entire reserved time. Refunds or credits will not be provided if the client decides not to utilize the entire reserved time.

Damages:

The client will be held accountable for any damage or loss that occurs to the studio or its property directly resulting from their misuse or carelessness, as well as those of their group.

By booking studio time and making the required payment, the client acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms and conditions stated above and agree to abide by them.

Privacy / CCTV:

Cameras are installed in all common areas except the bathroom & changing areas. Camera will only be used for security measures to confirm of studio policies
